You may return an item within 14 days of delivery if it meets the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The product must be in the same condition as received.

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

- Non-Refundable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain items like opened skincare products and makeup cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.
3. Exchanges

4. Exceptions
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
